THE ROLE:
The appointed Partner will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high quality legal advice and strong client service. You will contribute to fee income and business development, build and maintain client relationships, and support firm growth initiatives. As well as supervising junior staff, working across departments, and providing cover where needed. You will ensure compliance, effective file management, and strong financial discipline including billing and cash flow. The role also involves travel for client meetings and ongoing professional development.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE, offering strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while delivering high quality client service. A proven track record in managing and growing client relationships, maintaining a consistent client following, and achieving strong billing performance against financial targets is essential. You will be experienced in supervising and developing junior team members, with solid commercial awareness and understanding of law firm operations.
